These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jele 58's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
